Inferno Red: Metapod, due to their irregular shape and usual resting places, can kill a human with one blow to the head with their hard shell. It often tries to imitate Tauros to prove it's strength.

Torrent Blue: The horns on their heads are used for protection. It'll go wherever it's predator wants it to go without a second thought. Inferno Red: Caterpie are easily gullible. It's used at water parks for birthday parties. Torrent Blue: If they get in their shells and spin fast enough, they can spin on the water without sinking. Their cannons are made of many different materials. Inferno Red: Blastoise's cannons can melt steel beams when the water is hot enough. Torrent Blue: Back in the olden days, Wartortle were rumored to be Flying types due to their wing-like appendages on their heads. Because of this, it desperately tries to not evolve when the process starts to take place. Inferno Red: Wartortle live a longer lifespan than it's evolution. Squirtle shells were highly sought after and were seen as peace offerings. Torrent Blue: Their shells were disguises for bombs back in the day. Their curved tail is the second heaviest part of their body, only behind their shells. Inferno Red: Squirtles are usually popular for their exotic shells. If it or anything it loves is threatened, it will put up a fight until the end. Torrent Blue: Charizard is extremely noble and will not let it's trainer down. Poachers sell the materials on it's wings for absurd amounts of money. Inferno Red: Charizard is an excellent flyer, rivaling the likes of Dragonite. Charizards were too hard to tame while Charmanders were too young to get any food tender enough. Torrent Blue: Charmeleon's tail was used to cook meals for ancient tribes. It is rumored that they slowly co-evolved into Marowak due to their dancing abilities. Inferno Red: Charmeleon were used in ancient rituals as fire dancers. The fire on it's tail is used to keep sick children warm and is used as a light for shadow puppet plays. Torrent Blue: This Pokémon is used to help the ill. However, there are a great deal of people who dislike it. Many fans have pointed out who marketable it is. Inferno Red: Charmander is extremely popular among trainers in Kanto. It will charge at it's enemy and will not stop until they've learned their lesson. Torrent Blue: Despite being very docile, Venusaur will not allow it's family to be hurt. Many have seen flocks of Spearow and Pidgey riding on it's flower. Inferno Red: Venusaur, despite looking extremely threatening, are usually docile and extremely peaceful. In addition, the small explosion doesn't hurt Ivysaur, as it's real nutrients come from it's leaves. Torrent Blue: The bud on it's back is rumored to spontaneously explode at random. This effect has been dubbed "The Ivysaur Effect". Inferno Red: Ivysaur's blue coloration comes from the berries it eats in it's everyday diet. People have seen Bulbasaur sleeping on the ceiling, hanging by it's vines. Torrent Blue: The vines that come from it's bulb can be used in many way. If this bulb was ever to be removed, Bulbasaur would leave this world. Inferno Red: It's bulb on it's back is the source of energy and life for this Pokémon.
